The Omnia Desk
You already know how long your own cars have been sitting. What you cannot see is how long the same cars took to sell at every other store in your province. That is the number this answers.
Four questions it answers
Is this unit going to sit?
Median days to sell for that exact year, make, model and province — before you take it in, not after.
Does my lot move faster than my market?
Your median against your province, per model, so you can see which lines are the drag.
Am I discounting more than everyone else?
Your price-cut rate against the market's, and what the cut actually bought you.
What is a fair ask right now?
The live asking range and its distribution, from current inventory, not a book value.
What the market does when it discounts
A discount is a symptom, not a cure: vehicles that were cut took 76% longer to go, not less. The value of knowing this early is that the cut you do not have to make is worth more than the one you time well.
Free and paid
Every number on a price page is free, unmetered, and needs no account. What is paid is doing it at the scale of a real lot.

What it is built from
334,246 completed listings — vehicles we watched arrive and watched leave between 21 June 2026 and 07 September 2026 — across 6,051 year-make-model-province slices and 3,843 dealers. Cross-listed duplicates are removed: the same car on three rooftops of one group is one vehicle, and a car moving between those rooftops is not a sale.
These are asking prices and time on market, not transaction prices. We measure what sellers ask and how long they ask it for. Nothing here is an appraisal or a valuation for lending, insurance or legal purposes — see terms. The full method, including what it cannot do, is published in the Omnia Index.
