What four real files cost
You are billed on distinct vehicles, not rows: a car advertised by three sellers is charged once and still appears once in your file. The rate falls as the slice grows, so a bigger file always costs more in total and less per vehicle.

Each band's rate applies only to the vehicles inside it, so there is no cliff at a boundary. There is no ceiling — the largest file possible is every live listing in Canada. The builder prices that at CA$1,551.07 today.
What is included, and what is never charged for
- Every listing row in your scope, with the full export schema — VIN, year, make, model, trim, price and its history, odometer, specs and seller geography.
- Plain CSV or gzip, your choice at checkout. The link works up to five times and lasts seven days.
- Never charged: the quote. Price the whole of Canada as many times as you like — the builder shows the exact vehicle count and total before a card is entered.
- Never charged twice: a vehicle listed at several sellers counts once.
Worked example
You want every used SUV in Alberta and Saskatchewan from the last five model years. The builder says 24,500 unique vehicles; the price it quotes is CA$171, charged once. There is no subscription to cancel afterwards.

Worked example
You compare three trims across Alberta and the answer draws on about 140 individual vehicles. That is 140 of Agent's 10,000 vehicles for the month — about 1.4% of it — and every count, median and distribution you ran on the way is free.

Your internal tool makes 8,000 calls in a month on Starter. At CA$0.002 a call that is CA$16, invoiced monthly, with no monthly fee underneath it. The same 8,000 calls on Team would cost CA$149 — you move up for the ten keys and the one invoice, not for the volume.

How we count
A vehicle is one physical car, identified by its VIN. On the MCP server you are charged for each different vehicle you are shown in a calendar month; being shown the same one again that month is free. On the REST API you are charged for calls, each returning up to your plan's number of records, with a monthly record limit alongside it. A one-time Snapshot is charged on the distinct vehicles in your scope.
Market statistics, counts and averages are always free, on every plan, over the whole dataset — they show you no individual vehicle, so they are charged against nothing.
Pull 500 Civics on Monday and the same 500 on Friday: that is 500 vehicles, not 1,000. The same car advertised by two dealers is two listings and one vehicle.

Plain-language summary of the licence on each product. The Terms of Service are what actually govern; where they and this table ever disagree, the Terms win.

Questions people ask before they buy
What counts as a vehicle, and what if the same car is listed by several dealers?
A vehicle is one physical car, identified by its VIN, and it is counted once no matter how many sellers advertise it. Those are still two listings, and both rows appear in a Snapshot file, but you are charged for one vehicle.
What happens when I hit my limit?
On the MCP plans the key stops serving new vehicles or new calls until the 1st of the next month, while statistics, counts and vehicles you have already seen keep working; there is no overage and no surprise invoice. On the paid REST tiers we do not cut you off — calls beyond the allowance are billed as overage, and past a monthly record limit the page size reduces rather than the service stopping.
Are the prices in Canadian dollars, and is tax included?
Every price on this page is in Canadian dollars. They are shown before tax; GST/HST is added at checkout and on each invoice at the rate for your billing address, and you can enter your own GST/HST number at checkout so it appears on your invoices.
Can I cancel anytime, and do you refund?
You can cancel a subscription anytime in the billing portal and access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Fees already incurred are not refundable, with one exception written into the Terms: if a Feed is interrupted during a paid period we refund that period pro-rata against our measured uptime.
How fresh is the data?
The corpus is rebuilt continuously and we target 24 to 48 hours of freshness. A Snapshot is generated from the live dataset at the moment you download it, not from a stale export, and the date the data itself carries is published on the front page rather than computed from a clock.
Why are there no photos?
We publish the facts of a listing — VIN, year, make, model, trim, price and its history, odometer, specs and seller geography — and not dealer imagery, which we have no licence to redistribute. Every record is guaranteed to carry at minimum a VIN, year, make and model.
What is the difference between a Snapshot and the Feed?
A Snapshot is one file of one scope, bought once, with nothing to cancel. The Feed is a continuous licensed copy of the dataset, provisioned by hand, locked to your server's IP addresses and billed monthly — you buy it when the data needs to live inside your infrastructure rather than in a spreadsheet.
Can I use this inside my own product?
Not on a self-serve plan: Snapshot, MCP, API and Feed are all licensed for your organisation's own internal use. Showing our listings or values to your customers, or passing the records on, needs a redistribution or embedded licence, which is what an Enterprise agreement is for — see the licence table above.
Do you cover independent dealers, or only franchised ones?
Both. Franchised rooftops and independent used-car sellers are crawled as two fleets and published as one deduplicated corpus, so a slice of a province carries the independents as well as the brand stores.
