DaysOnMarket is how long the listing has been live, measured from the record's own timestamps. InitialPrice is the first price we ever saw on it — compare the two to spot a markdown. Want a column that isn't here? Ask.

See the slice before you buy it

Every make page carries today’s live count, the distinct vehicles behind it and the median used asking price, broken out by province — measured on the same rows your CSV would contain. Read it first and you know what you are paying for.

Ford · Chevrolet · Hyundai · Nissan · Honda · GMC · Ram · Jeep · Kia · Toyota

Or start from the coverage index — every province, city and make we publish figures for — or from the Canadian price index, which carries the asking range and the median days to sell by make, model, model year and province.

The three questions everybody asks

Why you should consider using us

Our data is accurate and reflects current market dynamics. It is deduped — one row per vehicle, never the same car repeated because several dealers listed it — and heavily scrutinised to keep data quality high. Every record is guaranteed to carry, at minimum, VIN, Year, Make and Model.

What may I do with it?

A Market Snapshot is licensed for your own internal use: price and stock your inventory, run your analysis, share it inside your company, quote figures in your own reporting. What it does not include is redistribution — reselling the file, publishing it, or shipping it inside a product you sell. That needs a redistribution licence, which we do sell. Full terms →

Can I get it on a schedule?

Yes, monthly. Under the price, choose Monthly and the same slice is rebuilt from the live dataset and emailed to you once a month, each file 20% cheaper than buying it once (never under CA$5 a file). You pay a minimum term of 3 months at checkout and it renews at the same price, every term, until you cancel — even after any offer ends. The renewal amount and date are shown before you pay. Every file arrives with its own download link and a link to manage or cancel. Full terms →

How fresh is it?

The corpus is refreshed daily and your file is built from the live dataset at the moment you buy — not from a stale export. The "latest update" figure on the front page is read from the data itself, so if delivery is ever delayed the page says so rather than quietly showing yesterday.
